Christmas is a time for love and giving,

It's a time for sharing and forgiving.

It's a time for family and friends,

A time we wish would never end.

So one snowy Christmas Eve,

Snowwhite decided to receive

Her fairy-tale friends as special guests

As the magical season suggests.

{Enter. Snowhhite eager for her guests to come}

Snowwhite

Oh my, it's getting late

How much longer I should wait?

{Knock on the door. Enter. Pippi Long Stocking}

Snowwhite

Hello Pippi, you are late,

I wonder why you got delayed.

Pippi Long Stocking

Oh, you know,

With all that snow...

It's difficult to find your way,

Even if you've got a sleigh!

But are the others here?

There is no one I can hear.

{Knock on the door.}

Snowwhite

Someone's coming, let us see

Who our guest might be.

{Enter. Belle, Little Red Riding Hood, Alice and Cinderella}

All

Good evening dear Snowwhite,

You look beautiful tonight.

Snowwhite

Thank you so much, come on in,

Just let our party begin.

Belle

Snowhhite, I am so delighted

To this party to have been invited.

Snowwhite

You're most welcome dear Belle,

Let's just hope that all is well.

Come on friends, please sit around,

We have a lot to talk about.

{They sit down. Snowhhite fusses around, serving her guests.}

Santa Claus

That's what Christmas is about,

Having fun with friends, no doubt!

But in another part of town,

There's someone with a frown.

Right from here I can see,

Two dwarfs are sad around the Christmas tree.

To Snowwhite they would like to show,

They should have never let her go.

{Enter Jo5 and Jo6}

Jo5

I miss Snowwhite so much.

Jo6

I wish we were with her right now.

Jo5

Oh, she doesn't seem to care. Look at what fun she's having. We must admit that she is happy without us.

Jo6

That's not fair. We must show her she is wrong. We helped her so much and now we are not invited.

Jo5

Yeah, well, life's unfair sometimes.

Jo6

No, we must do something.

Jo5

But what can we do?

Jo6

Well, let me see... Let's spoil their party.

Jo5

No, no, no we shouldn't do that.

Jo6

Why not? Let's show them what it is to feel bad on Christmas Eve. We are sitting here alone, no friends, no presents and they are having such fun. It's just not fair!

Jo5

Mmmmm, maybe you are right.

Jo6

I've got an idea. Let's send them a present with a bomb in it.

Jo5

No, no, no - this is too dangerous. Let's think of something else.

Jo6

What do you suggest?

Jo5

I don't know.

Jo6

I know - Let's steal their presents!!!! That should make them feel miserable.

Jo5

Mmmm, that's not a bad idea.

Jo6

Come on, let's go then. We'll sneak under the tree when nobody's looking and take their presents away.

{Exit. Jo5 and Jo6.

The action shifts to Snowwhite's house.}

Snowwhite

Now that we are all together,

In this cold and snowy weather,

I suggest that we all share

Our experience and we compare

Who has had the greatest year,

Come on, share, have no fear.

Pippi Long Stocking

I can start, my lovely host,

Telling stories is what I like the most.

I've had lots of wonderful experience

Since my father's disappearance.

Villa Villekulla's where I live

That's the best place, I believe.

Little Red Riding Hood

Were you there with your mommy?

Pippi Long Stocking

No, but I met Annika and Tommy.

We had such great time together,

Every day, in every weather.

We went to school,

We made one thief into a fool,

We went to island Kurrekurredutt,

Where my father was of high repute.

He was called the "fat white chief".

It was such a great relief

To see him well and wealthy

And most of all so healthy.

What about you dear Belle

Did you spend the year well?

Belle

Well, it wasn't quite that good

As you might have understood.

My father was imprisoned

By a Beast without a reason.

But we made the Beast agree

To take me in his place and set him free.

I was treated like a queen,

His palace is the best I've ever seen.

One day I went to see my dad,

And the Beast got very sad.

He was very ill when I returned

That he loved me he had learned.

I finally realized I loved him too

And in a prince he turned, that's true.

Now we live happily together

And, I hope, it will last forever.

Little Red Riding Hood

Hey, your story's really great,

For the next one I can't wait.

Belle

Well, then, Little Riding Hood

Tell us if your year was good.

Little Red Riding Hood

Well, one day I was walking in the wood

With a basket full of food.

There I met a wolf so rude

Right in front of me he stood.

His eyes were fiercely glowing

He asked where I was going.

"To grandma", I replied

And off he went. I should have lied.

When I reached my grandma's place

I couldn't look her in the face.

She looked very strange to me,

She wasn't what she used to be.

In fact, the wolf was in her bed.

"I'll eat you up," he said.

Down his stomach I went crying,

There my granny was also lying.

Later on, a hunter heard us shout

And finally he took us out.

He killed the wolf so hateful

We were so very grateful.

{The dwarfs sneak in and steal the presents}

Alice in Wonderland

Oh, dear Red Riding Hood,

It's all over and for good.

So, after your story so fearful

Let me tell you one more cheerful.

The boredom at home I couldn't stand

So I went on holiday to Wonderland.

There, I met the funniest white rabbit,

Who had the most annoying habit.

There were also drinks and cakes

Which made me big or small.

But I sometimes made mistakes,

I didn't understand them all.

I met a caterpillar in the wood

And how to use the mushrooms understood.

I also met the Duchess, Cook and Cheshire cat,

The Hatter, March Hare and the Queen of Hearts.

Cinderella

Oh, Alice, your holiday was great

That's why you're in such a lovely state.

But now, if you all agree,

Let me tell you what happened to me.

I lived with my two step-sisters and step-mother,

Believe me, like her there's no other.

She made me do all kind of chores,

From washing clothes to sweeping floors.

All of them were very mean,

Everything they made me clean.

One day the prince arranged a ball

And they wouldn't let me go.

Then Fairy Godmother appeared

And gave me a whole new gear.

I had to be back before midnight,

But the prince was so polite

That I lost track of the time

And I missed the clock bells' chime.

I ran quickly down the stairs

And I lost my slipper, but who cares?

The prince and I are deeply in love,

A love that was sent from above.

Now, we are happily married

And all unhappy memories are buried.

Little Red Riding Hood

What about you, dear host,

It is time for you to boast.

Snowwhite

Well, dear friends, on a night so bright

I'll tell my story with delight.

I also had a stepmother mean,

But she didn't make me clean.

She was jealous of my beauty

And she gave a huntsman duty.

He had to take me to the wood

And kill me there, that he should.

But the huntsman was so good

That to live, he said, I could.

I found a little house right there,

Of which the seven dwarfs took care.

They were lovely little creatures

Though they had some funny features.

And I love them all a lot

They're the best of friends I've got.

My wicked stepmom had no rest,

To kill me was her only quest.

But she tried with no success

Although we were all in stress.

Now, a prince I have as well

And we live in a fairy-tale.

Now after all those stories super

Let's continue with our supper.

{The action shifts to the dwarfs, who are gloating over their prey}

Jo6

Ha-ha-ha, isn't that great? We've got a lot of presents now.

Jo5

Couldn't be better. We might not be with our friends but we have more presents than anyone.

Jo6

I wonder how all of the people in Snowwhite's house will react when they see their presents are gone.

Jo5

I wish I could see that too.

Santa Claus

I don't like what's happening tonight,

I'll call Puss in Boots to set it right.

{Santa takes out his phone and dials Puss's number}

Puss in Boots

Hello! Puss here, can I help you?

Santa Claus

Yes, Puss. There's something that you need to do.

Go tell the dwarfs they were not right

To steal Snowwhite's presents on such a night.

Puss in Boots

Yes Sir, Santa dear,

I'll go immediately, have no fear.

{Knock on the dwarfs' door}

Jo5

Oh, no!!! We're caught.

Jo6

Don't be stupid. Nobody saw us.

Jo5

Then who's knocking?

Jo6

Well, we'll open the door and see. But let's hide the presents first.

{They hide the presents and open the door}

Jo6

Good evening, Puss in Boots. What brings you our way?

Puss in Boots

There's something I would like to speak to you about today.

Jo6

And what might that be?

Puss in Boots

Well, let's sit down and you'll see.

I've just heard you did something bad,

Which may make many people sad.

Jo5

Oh, no, how do you know?

Jo6

That's not true. Who gave you such false information?

Puss in Boots

I know for sure, but I need an explanation.

Jo5

Yes, we did something very wrong.

I knew it, knew it all along!

Jo6

Yes, we must admit it,

A terrible mistake we have committed.

Jo5

We love Snowwhite so much, you know,

And an apology to her we owe.

Jo6

We shouldn't have behaved that way,

We must apologize without delay.

Jo5

Snowwhite just means the world to me,

When she is happy, I should also be.

Jo6

I totally agree this should be thus,

Her happiness means happiness for us.

Puss in Boots

So what do you suggest you do right now?

Jo5

We must give the presents back. But how?

Puss in Boots

I'll just call Santa and ask about it,

He'll know the answer, don't you doubt it.

{Puss dials Santa's number. He picks up the phone.}

Puss in Boots

Santa, Santa, is that you?

Santa Claus

Yes, I'll tell you what to do,

Go to Snowwhite right away,

I'll come later with my sleigh.

All the presents I will bring,

Don't you worry about a thing.

Puss in Boots

Thank you Santa, you're so nice,

That should be a great surprise.

{Midnight strikes. Snowwhite's house. The characters discover their presents are missing.}

Cinderella

Hey, the clock struck midnight, I could hear.

Christmas is here, Christmas is here!

Snowwhite

Then, Merry Christmas to you all,

Let's open the presents, let's go.

Little Red Riding Hood

Oh, dear! They all have disappeared!

Don't you find that really weird?

Pippi Long Stocking

Disappeared? You are joking!

Christmas without presents? Shocking!!!

Belle

Let me see, let me see,

There should be something under the tree.

Cinderella

There're no presents, but don't you bother,

What we still have is each other.

Alice in Wonderland

I believe that you are right,

We are the luckiest people tonight.

Snowwhite

Love and friendship are the greatest gift,

A gift that makes your spirits lift.

Little Red Riding Hood

There's no need for presents, don't you think?

Since what we have is the most important thing.

{Knock on the door.}

Snowwhite

Who might it be at this late hour,

I hope it is a friend of ours.

{Snowwhite opens the door. Enter Jo5, Jo6 and Puss in Boots}

Jo5, Jo6, Puss in Boots

Merry Christmas to you guys.

Snowwhite, Pippi Long Stocking, Beauty (Belle), Little Red Riding Hood, Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella

Oh, what a nice surprise!!!

{Snowwhite hugs Jo5 and Jo6}

Snowwhite

I missed you so much, dear friends

I wish this Christmas never ends!

Jo5, Jo6

Oh, dearest Snowwhite, please forgive us

We stole your presents, but thanks to Puss

We realized our serious mistake

Which put our friendship at stake.

Snowwhite

Calm down. There's nothing to worry about

You are the ones I cannot live without.

{Santa enters.}

Santa Claus

Ho-ho-ho-ho,

Merry Christmas to you all.

Pippi Long Stocking

Look who's here, look who's here!

It is Santa Claus! Oh, dear!!!

Santa Claus

The Christmas meaning you have found

So there are presents for everyone!

{Santa gives out the presents. Everyone's happy. THE END}
